Viewing your units
The 'Units' tab lists all the units you’ve set up for each site.
You can filter the data by different criteria and export it as a CSV file, just like with the other tabs.
To load more results, use the button at the bottom of the page.
Filters
Data can be filtered according to these filters:
- Type: This will show a list of the unit types you have set up in your system.
- State: The current vacancy state of the unit.
- Customer: To filter units associated with a specific user, enter the user details here (i.e name or email address).
- Labels: Any custom filters you've added.
- Search bar: Allow operators to enter keywords or phrases to filter the displayed information.
Understanding unit states
- Available: The unit is empty and ready for a new customer to reserve or move in. If no units of a certain type are available at a site, the unit type will appear as "Not available" in the Units Customer Portal.
- Occupied: Unit is currently being rented by a customer.
- Reserved: The unit is held for a customer, waiting for them to move in. Once they do, it will become Occupied.
- Blocked: The unit can't be occupied or reserved (e.g. in the case a unit is closed for cleaning or maintenance).
- Overdue: The unit has an overdue invoice from the customer who occupied it.
- Archived: The unit is no longer active or deleted. (Note: Archiving a unit cannot be undone)
