View and edit unit details

Rent

This is the monthly price for the unit. If it's different from the default price, the default price will be shown with a strikethrough next to the current price.

The default price will be replaced by the current price if the unit type price is different from the default price on the unit, this is also shown in the Customer Portal.

The current price can be manually updated by clicking on the pencil icon.

When a unit is unassigned, the current price goes back to the default price.

Deposit

Like the rent, the current deposit shows the amount charged for the user renting or reserving the unit.

It works the same way as the current price and goes back to the default deposit when the unit is unassigned.

How to edit the unit details

To edit any of the details associated with a unit, click on the pencil icon in the top right corner of the Details section of the unit.

Type

The unit type associated with the unit. 

Name

The name of the unit in alphanumeric format. This cannot be the same name as any other unit in the same site. 

Size

The dimensions of the unit and the respective unit of measure (width x length x height).

Floor

The floor where the unit is located in the building

Default price

Is the standard or base price set for a unit

Default deposit

The standard amount that a customer is required to pay as a security deposit when renting a unit.

Features

The feature(s) associated with the unit.
