Onboarding setup 5: Products, advanced settings, and history


Products

Click the ‘+ Add a product’ button to add any products or services your business offers. These can be single charges like packaging supplies, or recurring charges like insurance. The products you add here will display to customers during the booking process as optional add-ons. You can find more information about Products here.

Advanced settings

Some of these settings will be addressed directly with our assistance as needed for your operation. You can find more information about these settings here.

However, the following sections can likely be configured on your own:

  • Advanced
    • Set your site-wide unit of measure (feet vs meters), net area, and gross area

  • Booking restrictions
    • Here you will establish how late a customer can book and move into a unit on the same day, how many days ahead customers are able to book a unit, and you can exclude specific days that customers are able to book (for example: no booking on a holiday)

  • Late fees
    • Set your late fee amount, description, and associated accounting code.

History

Here you will find a historical view for all actions made within this site including reservations, tenant move-ins and move-outs, setting changes & updates, and many more.
