Overview

The process of getting Storeganise integrated with your website is as simple as adding the URL to the Valet Customer Portal into your site.

How you drive customers from your website to order from / login to the Valet Customer Portal will vary but usually this would be by using buttons such as "Get started", "Book a unit", "Order now", "Login", "Sign up", etc. What you call these is up to you. Just use the list of possible URL formats listed below to link up the respective buttons/links in your site to the corresponding URLs for the Valet Customer Portal.

If you are using Storeganise to do your website, we've got this covered for you already. To see a demo Storeganise site setup, check out SpaceUp.me

Get started

Send new customers here so they can create an order, account and add payment details all in one go. Learn more about this in the Valet Customer Portal Overview.

{CustomerAppURL}/#/get-started (e.g. my.spaceup.me/#/get-started)

Customise the URL

For different markets / storage products

You can further customise the URL in order to send customer to different markets you may have setup or if you want to have users pre-select either plans or items from your website and then continue with the rest of the order in the Storeganise Valet Customer Portal. Learn more about this from the Items settings and Plans settings articles.

Using this link, customers can create new accounts and from then, once in the Valet Customer Portal, they'll be able to create orders.

{CustomerAppURL}/#/signup (e.g. my.spaceup.me/#/signup)

Customers with accounts can go here to login.

{CustomerAppURL}/#/login (e.g. my.spaceup.me/#/login)

Forgot password

You likely won't use this link your website and customers can access this from the log in page if they forgot their password, but if you want to email this to a customer that calls up asking to reset their password, this would be the link to share:

{CustomerAppURL}/#/forgot-password (e.g. my.spaceup.me/#/forgot-password)

Dual language setups

If you have a dual language Storeganise setup, customers will have the option to change the language setting by clicking on the corresponding language on the right hand side of the page.

If you want to send customers to the Valet Customer Portal in a specific language, add this to the URL: ?lang=xx where xx is the language code (see list below). This should go before the #/ indicating the specific page in the Customer Portal you are directing customers to, such as in the login page example below:

{CustomerAppURL}/?lang={xx}/#/login (e.g. my.spaceup.me/?lang=es/#/login)

Language Codes:

  • English: en
  • Español: es
  • Português: pt
  • Français: fr
  • Nederlands: nl
  • Svenska: sv
  • 中文(繁體): zh
  • 中文(简体): zh-CN
  • 한국어: ko
