Adding unit type charges

Charges

This section provides information on how to manage charges associated with each unit types. Charges represent various fees applicable in each unit type, such as cleaning fees, maintenance, etc.

Types of charges:

• Single Move-in Charges: These charges are one-time fees applied only upon a tenant's move-in. Examples include admin fee, padlock fee, etc.
• Recurring Charges: These charges are automatically added to invoices at regular intervals, typically monthly, until they expire. Common recurring charges include cleaning fees, trash collection fees, maintenance, etc.

How to add a unit type charges

If you need to manually add a charge to a unit, click on the (+) icon and enter the corresponding details in the pop-up, then click on "Add charge".

Accounting Codes

For proper financial tracking, select the accounting code that you can associate with each charge to be applied to the respective unit type.
