View and filter your job list

The "Jobs" tab provides a real-time status of all your order activity and detailed information associated with each move-in and move-out.

Filters

As with the other tabs, this feature allows you to narrow down the list of jobs displayed by filtering the data based on different criteria.

Data can be filtered according to these filters:

• State: Filter jobs based on their current stage in the process. View jobs that are:
  • In progress: There are still tasks pending completion
  • Completed: All tasks associated with the job have been finished.
  • Cancelled: No further actions are possible on these jobs.
  • Pending: A customer started booking but did not finish. The order stays 'Pending' for up to an hour.
  • Abandoned: Unfinished orders left for over an hour are automatically abandoned, freeing up the unit for others.
• Type: Choose to see only move-in or move-out jobs.
• Dates: Specify a date range to view jobs scheduled within that timeframe.
• Labels: You can filter jobs by custom labels assigned for organization purposes, learn more.
