Deleting a site
There may be a situation where you need to delete a site from Storeganise. Please consider this action carefully as it is permanent and data cannot be recovered once deleted.
Preparing site for deletion
To delete a site you first need to:
- Vacate all units
- Block all units
- Archive all units
- Hide the site from the customer portal
Deleting site
With the above steps completed, you may navigate to the 'Advanced settings' section of your site. At the bottom, there will be a 'Danger zone' where you may delete the site:
This is not reversible, you may want to update the site code with a "-deleted" suffix to prevent conflict with new sites if you want to reuse the old site code
