OpenTech Alliance access control integration

Site configuration

OpenTech should send you the following data:

- OpenTech Facility Number (e.g. Spaceup)

- OpenTech API key

- OpenTech API secret

Units configuration

- OpenTech unit ID

This must be set for every unit, it can be the same as the unit name, otherwise, you'll get this error from OpenTech API: "A visitor cannot be marked as a tenant if they are not assigned to a unit." until you set the field and re-run the job

- OpenTech timegroup ID (e.g. 1, 0 by defaut)

This optional unit setting corresponds to the OpenTech time schedule ID visible in https://portal.insomniaccia-dev.com facility configuration

note: If you don't find it in the Storeganise unit custom fields, you can create it in your account custom fields settings with code: opentech_timeGroupId, type: integer, title: OpenTech timegroup ID

- OpenTech access profile ID (e.g. 1, 0 by default)

Similarly for access profile, you can override the default value if there are more than one profile

Rental fields

After a move-in is successfully processed, the unit rental will have 2 custom fields:

- OpenTech access code (e.g. 123456)

- OpenTech overlocked (false by default)

Both can be manually edited and synchonised in OpenTech.

OpenTech overlocked is automatically set true when a unit rental becomes overdue in payments, and false immediately after a payment unsets its overdue status
