Using the sitemap to visualise and manage units

View the units on your site, and visualize the occupancy levels for each unit. To view detailed information on the unit, click on the unit block on the sitemap.


Filters

Filter the units according to:

  • Type: This will be a list of the unit types you have setup in your system.
  • State: Available (unit is vacant and available for a new user to reserve or move-in); Occupied (unit is occupied & being rented by a customer); Reserved (unit is reserved by a customer, pending move-in); Blocked (unit is blocked from being occupied or reserved).; Overdue; Archived.
  • Customer: filter by a specific customer.
  • Labels: filter according to custom made labels.

Schedule a move-in

Schedule a move-in from the sitemap by clicking on one of the available (green) units, and clicking Schedule move-in.

Enter the details of the move-in:

  • Customer: select a current customer, or add a customer by pressing the + button on the right.
  • Move-in date: select the planned move-in date.
  • Pre-payment: select the number of months in advance the customer is making a payment.
  • Promo code: insert a promo code if applicable.
  • Products: add products to the customer's move-in.


FAQ

The map doesn't show my units, they went off-screen

Go back to the site details page then clear your local storage - video guide, then go back to the site map. You should see the units again

Can I display my sitemap on my website once it's published?

It is currently not possible for you to publish your sitemap on your website. However, the sitemap is visible to existing customers to where their unit is in the site. They can see this via the "location" link in their booking
