Creating pages with the Storeganise Website Builder is quick and easy. Start by going to the "Website" tab in your account’s main settings. If you’d prefer to work with preloaded template pages, the Storganise support team can help set that up for you.Otherwise, you’ll begin with a placeholder for your homepage, which serves as the starting point for building your website.
The homepage placeholder comes with a default URL path, shown as just a forward slash. Since the homepage typically doesn’t include anything extra in the URL, it’s generally advised to leave this as is. You will also see the title of the page and whether it is currently live or off.
To start editing your homepage, simply click on it, and the page editor will open. From there, you can begin customizing the content.
If you want to add new pages, you can do that by clicking the plus button, here, or by selecting the "Create a New Page" button. When creating a new page, you’ll be asked to fill in a few details.
First, there’s the page title, which appears in the browser tab. Then, you’ll define the slug, which is the path of the URL for that page.
Finally, there’s the SEO description—this is where you can add keywords or phrases to improve the page’s search engine ranking.
Once you’ve entered this information, click "Create Page" to open the editor for your new page. From here, you can start building out the content however you like.
And if you ever need to change the title, slug, or SEO description later, it’s easy—just click the top menu button for the page, here, and select "Update Metadata."
