If you’ve set up your rental agreement in the main settings, you’ll also need to enable it at the site level. To do this, go to the site in your "Management Portal." Click "Advanced settings" and scroll down to the "Agreement" section.
If you set up your agreement using HTML, select the "enabled HTML" option. If you used a PDF, select "PDF". Once selected, click "save" to activate the agreement for this site.
You can also set up a custom agreement for individual sites.
In the same agreement section, choose either "HTML or PDF," then click "customize". This will open an editor or file upload window, just like in the main settings, where you can create a unique agreement for that site.
By default, Storeganise accounts have this feature disabled. If the agreement is not enabled at the site level, the e-signature process will be skipped when customers place a reservation through your portal.
