🎓 Publishing your Customer Portal

View the transcript Once you have set up your new site, unit types, and units, created your site map, and configured any products or services, publishing this site to your customer portal is simple.

Navigate to the site in your Storganize Management Portal. If you have been following the site setup guide, click the "Show in Customer Portal" button.

You can also toggle this setting on or off at any time. Click on the "Advanced Settings" tab, then check or uncheck the "Hide in Customer Portal" setting. When this is unchecked, your site is published and ready to accept bookings.
