View the transcript Throughout the platform, you'll have many options for assistance.

On the Management Portal, you can access the help beacon in the bottom left-hand corner of your screen.

This beacon offers two options. First, "Instant Answers". This provides access to our help documentation. You can use the search bar to enter your questions and get recommended documents based on your queries.

Second, "Messaging". You can send us a message with a subject line and details on how we can help. Including screenshots and as much information as possible will help our team assist you better.

You will also find many areas throughout Storeganise where you can access our help documentation. Clicking on the question mark in various parts of the UI will take you to the relevant section in our help docs.

On our help documentation site, you can find support for various areas, including the Management Portal, Customer Portal, Valet Storage, Developer and API topics, and Add-ons and Integrations. Each of these collections are split into helpful categories from onboarding setup to invoicing and payments, website building, and more.

To stay informed about upcoming features, you can check our roadmap at "roadmap.storeganise.com." Here, you can see items under review, in planning, in progress, being tested, or completed. If you see any features that you want to Storeganise to develop, open the feature card to cast your vote. You can also subscribe to any feature to get updates about its progress and add comments.

If you want to request a new feature, you can go to the "feature requests" section. You can search to see if a similar request is already being considered, or you can create a new post. When you submit a post, our team will review it first and accept it if it matches our criteria.

Please always provide as much detail as possible when submitting feature requests or questions. This helps our team respond to your inquiries quickly and effectively.
