View the transcript To create a new site, log into your Storeganise management portal and go to the "Sites" tab. Click the plus button and enter your basic site information in the window that opens. This includes the facility's name, address, phone number, and email address.

If you don't have all the information ready, you can add it later. Once you've entered the details, click the "Add Site" button.

Next, click on the "Details" tab. Here, you can edit or update the information you entered previously, as well as enter specific site hours and a longer general description of your facility. Both of these sections support markdown formatting, so you can use things like tables, bullet points, italics, or bold text to further customize the information.

You can also enter the latitude and longitude coordinates for your facility, which will automatically include a Google Maps view of your location.

To change the site picture, click on the image here and then click the "Select New Image" button to upload a file from your computer. Use the "Fit" toggle to adjust how the image is displayed. For photographs, it is usually recommended to leave this unchecked. For illustrations, it often displays better if checked. Experiment with both options and click "Update Site" to see what looks best.

Everything entered in the "Details" tab is customer-facing and found in the customer booking portal once the site is published. Changes made in these fields are reflected in real-time. You can work on your site's description and detailed information, tweaking it until you are satisfied.
