Welcome to the Storeganise Management Portal. This is where you'll manage and streamline your daily operations as you work towards fully automating your business. Let's take a look at the different parts of the system so you can start getting familiar with Storeganise.In the top navigation bar, you have separate tabs for your sites, users, and invoices. Next is a search bar that you can use to instantly scan your entire system for things like specific users, units, or invoices. Finally, you will see the name of the manager account currently logged in, this will typically be your name.
Clicking on your name will open a drop-down menu where you can access our help module to quickly find help articles or contact the Storeganise support team, switch languages if multiple languages are set up on your account, log out, and access your main settings.
When you first log in to the Storeganise Management Portal, you will typically land on your Sites tab. This is where you can view all the locations you are managing. If you don't have any sites yet, you can create your first site by clicking the plus button and entering the basic facility information.
Clicking into a site shows several sections related to the operation of that facility, along with a quick overview of your current occupancy data. Here, you can create and manage your units and unit types, review jobs like pending move-ins or move-outs, view and edit your site map, and configure advanced settings like booking restrictions or late fees. Most of your customer-facing content is managed here. For example, under the details tab, you can configure site hours, general information about your facility, and detailed descriptions of each unit type. Any changes made here, like updating unit prices or uploading new facility images, will automatically apply to your customer booking portal.
The Sites section of the Storeganise Management Portal is where you will spend most of your time managing daily operations once you've finished setting up your account.
The Users tab lists all users in your Storeganise account, including both customers and manager accounts. You can search for a specific customer by typing their name or email in the search field to quickly access their profile.
The Invoices tab lists all invoices across your entire account. You can filter this data by things like location, customer, or date. By default, the system displays pending invoices, such as those sent or in draft state waiting to be charged. If you have multiple locations, each site has its own invoices tab to keep everything separate and easy to manage.
To access the main settings, click on your name in the top right corner and select Main Settings from the dropdown menu. Here, you can configure settings related to your account's operations, including company branding information, email template communications, rental agreements, promotions, invoicing and accounting settings, and more
Throughout the Storeganise Management Portal, you'll notice question mark icons, like this. Clicking on these will take you to the associated help resource for more information about that section.
For operators on the go, the Storeganise Management Portal is a browser-based web application that is fully mobile responsive. You can have full functionality whether you're on a smartphone or a computer. So, while Storeganise automates your business, you can log in to check on your operations anytime, anywhere.
