Setting up your important customer portal URLs in Storeganise is easy.First, go to the management portal, then navigate to the main settings and select the General tab.
Enter the URL for your company's homepage here. This is where your customers will be redirected if they click on your logo in the booking portal. If you do not have a homepage URL, simply enter the URL for the Storeganise Customer Portal that was sent to you when you signed up.
If you have a dedicated help page URL, you can also enter it here.
In the Customer Portal, if a customer is logged into their profile, they will see a Help option in the drop-down menu. This is where the customer will be redirected based on the URL you enter into this field.
Next, enter your Terms and Conditions URL. When a customer is signing up in the Customer Portal, they will be redirected to this URL when they click on Terms and Conditions in the sign-up form.
If you would like the customer to confirm that they have agreed to these conditions, set 'Require Terms Acceptance' to Yes.
