Setting up Stripe payment methods
Overview
Stripe supports several different payment methods for your customers to pay with. The options available to you will vary depending on country-specific payment methods and certain settings in your Stripe account.
By default your Stripe integration with Storeganise should have the following payment methods enabled:
- Cards
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Link
Customizing your payment methods
Follow these steps to enable additional payment methods:
- Go to the Payment methods settings in your Stripe account: https://dashboard.stripe.com/settings/payment_methods
- From this page, make sure to select Storeganise as the configuration to update - select this from the dropdown on the top right of the Payment methods section (when you first land on the page, this is most likely going to be set to Default). It is important that these settings are done in the Storeganise configuration, otherwise any changes won't reflect within Storeganise itself.
- You can then scroll through the Payment Methods section and enable or disable the payment methods that you would like to offer in your Storeganise Customer Portal.
