Using Stripe with Storeganise

To connect Stripe and Storeganise, you will use a custom link to authorize the connection between your Storeganise account and your Stripe account (this process includes Stripe account creation if you don’t already have one).

If you have existing Stripe customer data you would like to import to Storeganise, see our Importing-data help document.

Once you've authorized the connection between Stripe and Storeganise let us know and we will complete the confirmation on the backend.

You can then setup the payment methods you want to accept via Stripe.

In order to ensure your connection settings are correct you will need to run a test transaction from Storeganise.

Does Storeganise have additional fees when processing payments through Stripe?

No. Storeganise does not charge any additional processing fees. The only fees you pay will be directly to Stripe.

Can I integrate multiple Stripe accounts (e.g. for separate locations)?

Storeganise is only able to support one Stripe account integration per Storeganise instance.

What types of payments are accepted by Stripe?

The payment type accepted by Stripe will vary by region. However, card payments are accepted in nearly all regions.

You can also setup bank transfers or direct debits with ACH, SEPA, and other options depending on your region.

How do I setup different payment methods?

Can one user have multiple payment methods on their account?

Stripe only supports 1 active card and/or 1 active direct debit method per user profile in Storeganise.

Why do some cards not work with 3DS, and what can we do to address this?

You may see a warning when attempting the "Add card" function due to 3DS (3-D Secure), leading to errors during card charges. Users are advised to direct customers to the customer portal or account billing page for reliable payment addition, ensuring full support for 3DS.
