Storeganise Automations

Storeganise's automated self-storage solution enhances the user experience and streamlines operations with advanced order automation features. These automations minimize manual interventions for swift, efficient, and error-free order processing.

Enabling/disabling automations

These automations can be customized in the "Advanced settings" section of your site. You can enable or disable:

  • Auto-confirm order
  • Auto-charge invoice
  • Autocomplete order


Auto confirm order

When a new order is received, the system will automatically confirm it, eliminating waiting periods and generating corresponding invoices. This results in rapid response times and reduces administrative tasks, including invoice generation.


Auto charge invoice

When a customer provides their payment details, the invoice is charged instantly and automatically. This removes additional steps for customers and guarantees immediate payment processing.

This step of going to the invoice and then charging the customer if card details are added is automated.


Autocomplete order

Completing an order finalizes the process after the customer's payment. When enabled, the system automatically marks the order as completed and closes it (if the invoice is paid and the customer has reached their move-in date). If you did not have this turned on, you will need to manually mark the order as completed on the move-in day.
