Customising your website or booking portal
Storeganise does not offer support for GTM use or guarantee that any custom GTM code will work within Storeganise. Additionally, periodic updates to the Storeganise API could impact or even break how custom GTM code works. Please note also that many users may not see changes made via GTM due to the widespread use of ad-blockers.
It is possible to make some customisations and add some widgets to the website and customer portal through Google Tag Manager (GTM).
GTM is a service that helps you add/manage custom code snippets and widgets to a website. You can read more about it here:
https://support.google.com/tagmanager/answer/6102821?hl=en
Using GTM with Storeganise
You will need to set up a GTM account and then enter the GTM ID in the Storaganise > Main Settings > Developer > Google Tag Manager ID field as outlined here: https://help.storeganise.com/article/33-developer-settings#google-tag-manager
Please note that for security reasons not all custom code and widgets will work in the Storeganise website; if integrations and widgets are implemented properly for GTM integration they should work but we do not guarantee this for all widgets/code.
