Unit rental charges

The charges tab displays information on the unit's associated charges for the current tenant.

Charges can be added automatically during move-in or manually on this page.

Add a charge manually

If you need to manually add a charge against a unit, click on the + icon and enter the corresponding details in the pop-up, then click on Custom....

Charges are recurring charges that will be added to invoices as they are created unless the charge has expired. You can leave the End date blank if there shouldn't be an expiry to the charge.
