Reset your password

The Storeganise reset password flow is conducted in the Customer Portal, even for admin users of the Management Portal. 

If you or a customer forgot their password, they can reset it by following the Forgot password link shown on the login page of the Customer Portal.

Once the user enters their registered email address and clicks Reset password, they will be sent an email with a unique link to reset the password.

For users of the Management Portal, once you have updated your password in the Customer Portal, you will be able to use the new login credentials in your Management Portal.

Notes:

  • The link will expire after 1 hour.  After that it will no longer work and a new reset password request must be made.
  • The password must contain at least 7 characters
