Tracking item changes

In the Subscription States tab of the Users details page, you'll see a log of any time there has been a change in the number of items registered against that user's account.

Each line will show you a summary of the number of items in storage on that specific date. Click on View details to see the detailed information of each item that was registered against that user's account on that date and whether they were in storage or with the user.

Valet storage invoice line items will use the subscription state data to generate the corresponding charges so check here in case you or your customers have queries about item storage charges in an invoice.
