View the transcript Custom labels can be used to sort, filter, and track various pieces of information in Storeganise; such as invoices, jobs, sites, units, unit types, and users.

To create a custom label, first, navigate to your main settings by clicking on your name in the upper right corner. Then click on โ€˜Main settings.โ€™

Choose the "Labels" section on the left-side menu. Next, choose the item you would like to add a label for. Letโ€™s create a "Unit label" for "Maintenance." Choose a color for the label.

Once we've created the label, we can navigate to a unit and apply it.

Click on the label icon in the upper right corner to apply your label. We can then sort and filter by going to our unit list, clicking on the label icon, and choosing our label.

The same steps for applying and tracking labels can be recreated throughout the system. For example, in the "Userโ€™s" section, by applying a "User label."
