View the transcript To edit email templates in Storeganise, start by going to your main settings.
Click on your name in the top-right corner, then select "Main settings."
In the left-side menu, open the "Emails" tab.
Here, you’ll find several sections of email templates. We will first review the "General" emails.

First is the "Welcome" email. This is automatically sent when a new user account is created.
To edit it, click on the template title. You can insert dynamic fields like the customer’s name by selecting the ‘Insert variable’ dropdown in the top right. This will show the list of variables available to use. Once your changes are made, click "Preview" to see what the final email will look like.

Next is the "Reset password" email, which is sent to both users and managers when a password reset is requested. You can edit this email just like the others, but be careful with changes—modifying the template incorrectly may affect the password reset process.

The last general email is the "Confirm email" template. This one is sent whenever a manager updates a user’s email address through the management portal. As with other templates, you can use the "Preview" button to review your changes.
Once you’ve finished your edits and are happy with the preview, don’t forget to save.
