Setting up your important customer portal URLs in Storeganise is easy. When a customer reserves a unit through your "Customer Booking Portal", they’ll create a user profile as part of the process. However, you can also create user profiles on their behalf directly from the "Management Portal".To do this, click on the "Users" tab in the navigation bar, then click on the plus icon, here.
This opens the "Create a User" window, where you can enter the customer’s details. The only required fields are their "first name", "last name", and "email address". You can also add their address, phone number, and any custom fields you’ve set up.
Once you’ve entered the information, click the "Create User" button. If you need to update their details later, you can do so by navigating to their profile. Just go to the "Users" tab, find them in the list, or search for them using the search bar.
Once on their profile, go to the "Details" tab, then click the "Edit" button to update any information.
If the customer has provided their credit card information, you can add this by scrolling down to the "Billing" section and clicking the "Add Card" button.
After creating the user profile, you can proceed with scheduling a move-in on a unit. Their profile will now appear in the list of customers when processing a move-in for any available unit in your account.
