Disable and re-enable user account

Disable a user account

  • If you would like to disable a user's account, click on theicon on the top right of the User's page and select Disable user account.
  • You will be asked to confirm and then enter a reason.

A disabled account will be unable to login to either the Customer Portals or the Management Portal.


Re-enable user account

To re-enable an account just click on the icon and select Re-enable user account.

Note: Deactivation and Role Access, When an account that has an admin role is deactivated, the associated role is automatically removed. Upon reactivating an account, ensure to reassign the appropriate role to restore access as needed. Refer to: User as an admin - role & emails
