Overview

Valet orders are divided into different consecutive steps, as outlined below. The types of steps and the order in which they appear may vary depending on the type of valet order created.

• Review order

• Pick empty boxes

• Pick products

• Deliver to customer

• Collect from customer

• Store in warehouse

Completed steps

Once any step in an order is complete, you can still review the details of what happened in each respective step or the whole order via the Summary and History section. 

You can also breakdown each step of the order by clicking on the respective step to expand the details of what happened during that step.
