View the transcript In this video, we’ll show you how to set up automatic email invoice reminders in Storeganise.

To get started, navigate to "Main settings" by clicking on your name in the upper right corner, then choose "Main settings." Next, click on the "Emails" tab in the left side menu.

In the "Emails" tab, you’ll see all your email templates, including invoice reminders. To create a new invoice reminder, click on "Add another reminder." This will bring up a generic invoice reminder template.

You can start by editing the time period for when the reminder is sent. This is based on the number of days after the initial invoice is sent to the customer.

When editing the subject or body of the email, you can select different variables from the "Insert variable" menu. By default, the email template includes placeholders like the corresponding invoice ID, the number of days since the invoice was sent, and a login button prompting tenants to log in to their account, where they can make a payment. The template also automatically includes a copy of the invoice items.

After editing the template, if you want to see how the email will look, click on the "Preview" button. This will show you a sample of the email, just as a tenant would see it.

Once you’re satisfied with your email template, click on "Create." You can create additional reminders, scheduling them as far apart as you’d like.
