The charges tab of a unit will show information related to the charges associated with this unit for the current tenant occupying the respective unit.
These can be added automatically as part of the move-in unit order and/or can be added manually from this page.
Add a charge manually
If you need to manually add a charge against a unit, click on the + icon and enter the corresponding details in the pop up, then click on Create charge.
Charges are recurring charges that will be added to invoices as they are created unless the charge has expired. You can leave the End date blank if there shouldn't be an expiry to the charge.
